Writing for a committee means Web content developed five years ago stands the test of time.

Target: Consumers 18+ who want to build credit, earn rewards or receive premium perks.

Goal: Build awareness of Visa’s three main personal card options.

Challenge: Satisfy a committee of Visa stakeholders who hold firm ideas on the online content and design used by the iconic brand.

Solution: Ensure the content meets best practices, explain the choices made, then respect the client’s decisions. The Web site is in its fifth year now.
